Guest guest Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 (This never showed up on the digest so I'm posting again Re: FIBER for bowel health Hi from Sue, I'm happy to say that I've now been able to ELIMINATE extra FIBER supps from my diet for over 3 weeks now since I'm using bile increasers like Taurine, Lysine,L Carnitine, Liv Amend, Topical sulfate as well as Activated charcoal, Probiotics and Enzymes.)) After having rectal surgery almost 30 years ago.. I used fiber supps.of various kinds. Thanks Di -- for giving us a heads up on the Fiber Menace... giving me COURAGE to DROP that supplement. I feel great.. each year gets better with our total protocol !.(.more than what's listed above) .--Thanks to this group! Wow.. I should feel just about perfect at 90... at this rate..lol... Now almost 62 and feeling better than at ANY time in my life--even childhood.... (BUTTT when I was 40.. I felt like 80 !!!! ) Good Digestive health is such a Key.
