Guest guest
I went to the hematologist today and After 2 weeks had dropped down from 10.5 to 10.1. I am to be at the hospital at 7am for a bone marrow biopsy. Needless to say I am a nervous wreck, because I have always heard about how those tests hurt like hell. Every time I think about it, My legs ache and I get that scared feeling in the pit of my stomach. He said something about dry marrow? I guess I will know more next week. Guest guest
Mel You have my prayers. Hopefully medicine has advanced some in that area and it won't be too bad. I hate the fact that you need to do it, but on the other hand I'm happy you are proceding to find out why you can maintain your Iron levels. Let us know how it went...every gory detail! Guest guest
Mel I'm grateful to hear that it was as bad as you anticipated. I'd be willing to bet other folks would rate it as a horrible experience...but you have been through so much that it becomes relative...know what I mean. Ok...I pray for good results that can lead to a fix. Hugs Jo
