Guest guest
Gee I would rather have a rash than not breathe........lol. Do I get to choose my symptoms?? haha. Yes it is a process of elimination and everytime I eat chocolate, I get a reaction within 10 minutes to a half hour. Youre probably thinking " well, Dumb ass, dont eat it " . Yes I know- but it took a few times to put two and two together. I thought it was just causing anxiety which my doc said could happen. Scary stuff. I have never had a food allergy. Depending on the allergy it is anything from rash, to wheezing to an epipen injection for the allergic reaction. I am VERY allergic to almonds ! Ate once and did not know it.. I was in the hospital for 3 days afterwards and it took awhile to figure out what caused the cramping, vomiting, diarrhea etc Also allergic to walnuts and pecans ! and I have to be careful of seeds as I break out from sesame and fennel. I know I am weird ! But food allergies really suck.. It is really a process of elimination to figure it out sometimes. Ginger <>< > > > > I'm talking about chocolate.
