My husband also liked Dr. , but wasn't to thrilled with the nurse. However we like that it's a small practice & the fact they don't give you a hard time about vaccines. Their website is www.vickerypeds.com. Wendie>> Hello all. I'm in the North Georgia area (Dawson County) and would like to know if anyone knows of a pediatrician (or general physician if I have to) who will not give me a hard time about not allowing my son (9 years old with autism) to have his booster shots. I already have the waiver for school...that's not the issue. I cannot find a pediatrician who will see him. Please let me know if you know of any. As I said, it doesn't have to be a pediatrician...as long as there is someone on my insurance (I'll check that part out myself) who will see him for the "normal" things like ear infections, respiratory infections and maintenance meds for his asthma, etc.> > Thank you!> Debra> > > > "Each day of our lives we make deposits in the memory banks of our children." - Swindell> > -April is Autism Awareness Month! 1 out of every 150 children is diagnosed with Autism. 1 is MY son!> > http://blog.myspace.com/190051345> > 9:1-3 > > > > > > > ---------------------------------> Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
