update on the Bakersfield Kid!

HEY EVERYONE,

sorry that I havnt posted in forever, but I have an excuse

I was abducted by aliens, they took me to a strange place,

they treated me ok, I ate alot of tortillas, and beans, but the

water tasted horrible!!!! they finally released me, and I hope to

keep up with you all! but heed my warning, stay out of taco bell, I

think I saw one of the aliens leaders in one of them!.

OK, everything is great with Steve! hope your all well.

we have a new grandson, Tristan, another granddaughter due in

September.

Tammy, and I celebrated our 11th Anniversary this weekend in

Ventura, and although my back problems limited my activities, we had

a great time at the beach!

I'm just amazed at how it seems that everything seems so normal,

for someone whos had this surgery, I do my supplements, I watch out

for the foods to avoid,, BUT, I sometimes need to be reminded that I

had had the surgery! besides seeing the incision.

I'm hanging at 223-225 lbs from pre-surg 360 lbs.

my lowest weight was 201 lbs, and the highest after surgery was 230

lb about 6 months ago.

so I'm looking forward to hearing from everyone !
