Hi from Sue,

I would imagine that would apply to transdermal creams, too..

but maybe to a lesser degree... as the creams may have a timed released kind of effect?

So maybe not all the beneficail nutrients in creams are adsorbed by the charcoal within that time frame?

To get total benefits.. I would avoid using the creams 2 hours away from charcoal as well as supplements and meds.

I know you have to give charcoal away from supplements. What about transdermal creams? Do they have to be applied two hours from taking charcoal? Thanks!

Thanks! I just started using the charcoal with my son. I never thought about it until last night when I went to put his cream on him. Thanks for the reply!
