Calcium is so important. When Dr K said I needed to up my calcium, I did so

immediately -- however, before my body could benefit from the calcium I fell.

Broke my wrist in multiple places. Now I have a magnetic personality. I have a

steel plate with screws and bands around the bone. My one bone hasn't healed

yet. The orthopedic dr said he could operate and put another screw in, but I

told him No. Feel that I have been screwed enough. Yep, calcium is important.

I was really down on myself for falling, but it was pointed out to me it could

have been worse -- I could have broke my hip.

benefit from a really good review of your meds and supplements. I hate feeling

so wrung out, without any energy. I've been trying Dr. Oz's recommendation

regarding protein. He suggests getting in 30 grms within the first hour after

you get up. I drinking my 20 grms of protein and eating my protein/fiber bar. I

think feel/see some improvement. Take care Pat.
