No, but I would be interested in seeing the results from someone that

did.

We did the Great Plains OAT and the Genova MAP with the same cup of

urine and the results were not the same on the tests.

Just got them out...here are a few of the results that are in

question. All measured in mmol/mol creatinine. The reference ranges

provided by the labs are also different, but in the same ballpark.

Genova Great Plains

Citramalic Acid 2.1 .94

Arabinose 37.4 5.82

succinic acid 23.8 9.47

citric acid 819.8 602.75

fumaric acid 5.4 .88

after we noticed the difference, we had wondered about it. never

remembered to ask the doctor why such discrepancy between the labs

exists. now that i'm really looking at it, the fumaric acid tests

really high on the genova results and really low on the great plains

results. What?!

One other thing i never understood was regarding 's clostridia.

He tested high in DHPPA on his genova test. 3.0 (range 0-1.6) and

normal on his HPHPA on the great plains test. 82.46 (range 0-150) Doc

said clostridia, but I could never understand why the HPHPA wasn't

elevated...I thought that was the one that normally indicated

clostridia.
