Guest guest
Alyssa, Welcome to the group! Just a few reminders.... the closer you are to your ideal weight the harder it is to loose that few extra pounds. Be patient and reexamine you diet a little. Cutting out one soda or a slice of cheese a day can make a huge difference in the long run. And as you will get sick of hearing us say " muscle weighs more than fat " . You probably have lost fat and have replaced it with leaner prettier muscle. " You are stronger, your metabolism is higher and you are one step closer to your ideal physique...even if the scale doesn't agree. So you say " almost " 24. When is your birthday?? Guest guest
Hello Alyssa! :-) I too am a new member around here. That is absolutely wonderful to have been on Tae-bo since January. You should be extremely proud of yourself, that is something that has taken a lot of dedication on your part and should not be taken lightly. Yes, I too know what it's like to eat when I'm not hungry. I guess if you can surround yourself in a situation that will take your full attention when you start to think about eating it might help. That is what I often do. Otherwise, keep up your amazing courage and dedication to making your life a healthy life! Steve :-) --- Alyssa Karp wrote: > Hi group. > > I am new to this message board.
