Great job Lee! Your track record for not missing a

workout is absolutely incredible. It shows what great

dedication and determination you have!

Happy Anniversary! I enjoy reading about the loss of poundage, and

the waist shrinkage, the goals, not missing a workout and especially

You have been a huge asset to this group. You reachd out to me on

several occasions..whether it be for fitness or personal (9/11). You

are a fine human being and I am SOOO happy that this new lifestyle is

helping you achieve your goals.

Your gonna be here!!!!! What days will you be around? Whenyou

Happy anniversary! Big happy hug that you are finally going to get

that shoulder taken care of. It's been an eventful journey for sure!
