Guest guest
Mel, I go to Qwest Diagnostics and fill out a sheet requesting a copy when I sign in to have labs drawn. They always send me a copy. That way I can immediately track them on the great spreadsheet that Ginger made. When I don't hear anything from Delano I bug Michele by emailing her and asking her to remind Dr. K to respond to the labs. He gave me permission to have the thigh lift on the basis of my lab report. On another topic, is it really necessary to go back to Delano for our 4 year and later for check ups? I am faithful with my labs, my protein drinks, my calcium and all my supplements. I have had not problems. I am having a thigh lift on January 6th so that is why I had the labs done earlier than February which would be my 4 year check up. For those of us out of state it is an undertaking to make the trip, especially when you wait three hours in the waiting room and then have ten minutes with the doctor. The reason I feel so confident is that I don't drink carbonated drinks, alcohol, and I am so compliant that I bore myself. I also feel terrific and just had a mammogram and I have my second (2 years ago) dexa scan on Friday. Then we will be in Cabo San Lucas for a week and then Christmas home. I love seeing Dr. Keshishian and then having lunch and dinner with you guys. I won't be in any shape to come down after the thigh lift as it is at least a six week recovery. Sharon and Jim had thigh lifts and I wondered how they did. I remember Jim's story and it wasn't a pleasant experience for him. My plastic surgeon will make an incision from knee to groin area along the inner thigh. I would love to hear stories of how you guys did when you had it done. Did have it done? Anyone else gain 5 pounds over Thanksgiving? Marla WA State DS: 2-9-05 (And I still salivate when I see a Diet Pepsi truck)
