Hi,

I had a similar problem with the regular capsules, but I'm taking 3,000

mg/day. Take a look at Walgreens, CVS, or one of the larger pharmacies or

even Sams Club, for Viactive Chews. Each one is 500mg of calcium and they

are like eating caramels. Easy to take and no real need for water to wash

them down.
