Guest guest
I couldn't find the original post for this thread -- but here's my 2 cents. My dd was on prozac (generic) for almost a year... NO side effects whatsoever... other than a complete turn-around in the OCD. I've said this again & again... *slowly* is the key with prozac (I don't know about any othe meds)... her pdoc started her out low (about 5mg) and increase only 10mg per MONTH until she reached 50mg. That was a magic number for her. I have no complaints. LT **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home. Guest guest
Hi LT! You're right I think, SLOW is good! (of course anyone who's been here a few years knows that, LOL, that's not how I started with ; I got confused on dosage per tsp) Anyway, I know over the years some parents who had kids sensitive to meds have talked about practically shaving the pills or even just licking them to slowly build up tolerance. And it worked. > > I couldn't find the original post for this thread -- but here's my 2 cents. > > My dd was on prozac (generic) for almost a year...
