She will not admit that there is anything wrong, but schedules a visit for the

two of them to

go see the train in TN. He spends Thursday night and they head on over

on Friday.

She calls when they get back and says " Well, I think you guys are right. He is

need to make sure you put him on Ritalin before he starts Kindergarten. "

He is 4. Emory said , when he was 3, that he meets the autistic disorder

criteria, however he

is so smart and so mild that they think that at 5 he will test aspergers.

What is it going to take for her to believe.

I don't want to put him on meds and say he is ADD when that is clearly not the

problem. I

wish I was able to afford the treatments that I would like to try with him, but

there is no way

that we can afford any of those.
