Valtrex - Just Started ?'s

Hi all,

I just started my son on Valtrex on Friday. So far he is not sleeping

at all. Friday night he woke up at 3am and last night he woke up at

2am. I think that he this is already a yeast issue, since he is

giggling and out of it. He also has a skin infection on his thumb. I

took him to the ped. yesterday and he gave him Keflex for it. It does

not look good. I have tried soaking it (him in the tub) and putting a

band aid with antibiotic cream on it, which he immediately takes off.

My question is should I continue the Valtrex or take him off while he

takes the Keflex?
