You are welcome, Mendy. My Dad is now pre-diabetic, so I am doing my best, to stop it. I can tell you, that a tablespoon of raw garlic and an ounce of apple cider vinegar, (twice daily) will stabilize the diabetes immensely. I recommended it to my neighbor and now he doesn't have to take the tablets. Dad detests garlic and the vinegar makes him sick. Oh well. Also, the Fenugreek does help to bring the sugar down, but it takes a few days. Blessings, Joy

Joyce, check his bloodtype? I love cinnamon, but its a no no, apple

cider vinegar and aloe vera,

no bread, oats, no plantain, (fried bananas), no avocado(grrrr) oh so

much i eat and should not!, love Atie
