My DEXA is in Dec if my bones have not gotten better Strontium is my next step.

I take strontium. I figure I'm going to grab hold of any " edge " against, Osteo

that I can. Plus its advantage with arthritis and cavities makes it a bonus

supplement I can't afford to ignore.

Don't take with Iron.

Don't take with Calcium.

See this is where insomnia come in handy...I have all night and all day to get

my vitamins in and spread out the times I take them, finally I have an advantage

to losing sleep. lol
