Since you guys are talking about drinking your calories, I have a

question. After my morning workouts sometimes I don`t have enough time

to make my egg whites. I will take 8 oz. of egg beaters, add a scoop of

protein, three ounces of milk and some melon and throw it in the

blender, plus the flax. For those of you who just got grossed it is

really not that bad. It is good in matter of fact. The egg beaters are

pasteurized. Does this take away from the fat burning?

I agree with Anne. I used to love milk and now I just use it a couple times a

year on cereal. I do buy Lactose Free milk and put it in my green tea. By the

way, putting milk in tea nullifies the good benefits of tea, or at least that is

what I read recently. So, I guess we should stop adding it to tea. The study

suggested adding lemon or honey. I like ice cream but eat it only as a treat

when we are out somewhere. Sorbet or sherbert is better for us now. I can have

ice cream in the freezer and never think about it unless the grandkids come out

and ask for it.

I heard from Harry and Lilyen and please put them both on your prayer list as

they are both struggling health-wise. They are coming to see Dr. Keshishian in

January or February.

I have wonderful pictures of our twin orphaned fawns. I made a video that last

three minutes but I don't know how to email it because it is bigger than 16 mg.

Our Colorado guests just left after three days and I am now preparing for a

houseful for tomorrow.
