Guest guest
You are so caring Ghyll, thank you. I'm doing everything you suggested. Hugs, Chriss > > Citrus Punch > > Chriss, > > Enjoy today by staying in the moment. Make sure that your home is clean, change the sheets on the bed so that when you come back from hospital they are cleanish, check that you have your soups in order, and that there is plenty of liquid around. Do a quick tidy around your home because you won't be doing that for a while. > > And then if there is time, do something for yourself. A nice bath or go to the shops and get a nice handcream or lotion for yourself, spoil yourself. Even buying a bunh of flowers for yourself and a special candle to burn tonight. Do something that is out of the ordinary just for you. > > I shall be burning a yellow candle for you tomorrow. You will be fine, and all of us here look forward to welcoming you to the loosers bench. > > Hugs, > Ghyll > May all your weeds be wildflowers >
Guest guest
Dear Maree, Guys like that don't usually feel a lot of regret and suffering (maybe just the odd passing pang, but not the sort of suffering you really want him to feel). And assuming you do make him feel regret and suffering, then what? It'll be over in an instant for him and for you - really it's just a hollow victory. The only way to get true satisfaction is to make a decision not to care. Otherwise he's still sort of winning.... Send good thoughts his way, together with " I am no longer available to you. I'm worth more. I'm making room for someone better in my life " . It's not that hard to do. You have to decide what you're worth, the attributes in a person that are really important to you and look for those attributes when meeting people. When you're clear about these things, you'll find the right person. xxChriss > > Yes, he is Samoan but he has played international rugby for his > country and lived in many countries doing it so he is half pie these > days.
