Check this journal from time to time (all articles are available at no charge), and you'll see why I think this journal makes JAMA and the other "mainstream" medical journals obsolete.

I really love this organization. They're fighting for economic justice for small farmers, which puts them on the right side of crucial issues like organic dairy farming (and honest organic dairy products vs. deceptively-labeled one), sustainable agriculture, toxic chemicals in infant formula and many other issues.
