I have found so many articles, from my research lately, that normally, I only send a few a day. However, I am going to have to send maybe ten a day. These are articles from doctors/nutritionist who have cured incurable diseases using proven procedures. It involves changing your lifestyle, learning about nutrition, removing toxins from our lives and more. All of these doctors say the same things:

1. Nutritional supplements are a must. Our foods are not healthy, due to the poor over used soil, chemicals added to the food during preparation for different reasons (like glutamate for flavoring), chemicals added to growing the food (including steroids and antibiotics fed to animals), produce picked before it's ripe (produce nutrients are poor anyway from the soil), the way the food is prepared before packaging (high heat), and I could go on more about this!

2. Toxins in our foods, our environment, air, water, house hold products, pharmaceuticals and more. We can avoid putting things in our mouths. We can learn about the products we use and to avoid those that can harm us. And we need to remove them from our bodies. Saunas, sweat lodges, cleanses, hydrating and more helps with this.

3. Psychological factors such as negative thinking and Stress. The seminar I listened to last night was given by a Bio-chemist/Nutritionist, who almost died while in the hospital from a pharmaceutical that killed his liver. He explained how Stress damages us. Stress creates chemicals in our bodies. And when we experience chronic (long term) Stress, our bodies keeps making these chemicals which uses up the nutrients in our bodies. These stress chemicals builds up in our bodies causing toxicity. In other words, we are poisoning our own bodies. Also, our cells have cellular memory. If we say we are sick, our bodies hear us and believes us, then they go about making us sick or sicker. If we tell our bodies, we are well, our bodies say, "well, we are going to have to heal ourselves, because I am being told I am healthy."

4. Modern day people are mostly sedentary. We do not get enough exercise or sunlight. When we exercise, we increase the oxygen in our bodies. The more oxygen, the better our bodies can fight the conditions that harms our bodies.

5. Genetics play a role in our healths. It doesn't mean that we have inherited dis-eases, but that we have a weak link in our bodies. If we eat bad foods, don't eat the right foods, don't exercise, don't drink water, don't get enough sleep, don't remove stress from our lives (very hard), don't take supplements, ect., then we allow dis-ease to take hold of our bodies.

There is more but these are some of the basics. And yes, I have shared most of them before, but now we are going to concentrate on these.
