I have been stress eating for days (personal family issues) and have

not stopped eating. Isnt my tummy supposed to stop that?? lol

I have gained back the 4 pounds I lost but I really need to lose it

again. Stress has lead me to a lot of candy.

Go grab a turkey leg and walk around gnashing on it like a cave woman!

The turkey is protein and the walking is exercise....good for

weightloss and stress. Seriously...take a walk when you want to

eat...chew gum so your jaw is grinding out that frustration and your

tongue is tasting something sweet.

Hope your tomorrow is less stressful.
