Joy,this is a reply..to the group post from another group..this is not for group...marty One needs to get at least 60% to 80% of their nutrition from good quality food, adding some super foods, and super nutrition. Vitamins and minerals should also come from as much natural sources as possible.Add Nutritional Yeast, Minerals from seaweeds, Green Chlorophyll and Red Chlorophyll. EFA are very important from natural sources, fish, flax, etc.This study is not saying what kind of vitamins and minerals, the balance and synergy effect.What's missing in the study? What kind of quality of vitamins are we talking about?What about trace elements? What about the environment and other invisible energies, EMF, chemicals.What about DNA damage.I agree, one shouldn't think that by taking just vitamins that one will be healthy and not get degenerative types of diseases.Food is very important to the foundation of our health. We need to think about the best nutritional and life style program in a synergistic method. It never is just one aspect, look at the balance. Just look at nature, learn from natural laws in nature and in our bodies.Spiritual freedom is my birthright. I am a free thinker. I am able to rise above mentalprejudices and stereotypes of others.
