While those mark-up percentages seem outrageous...it is important to note

the many years that drug companies invest in research and development with

no guarantee of success. The risks are high for them...if they did not make

money then they wouldn't bother being in the business and we would miss out

on the benefits of these drugs.

The drug companies are not to blame...the government is.
