Dear Michele, Today, President Obama is convening a groundbreaking health care summit with a small group of experts and leaders, and I have been asked to attend to represent the interests of women and families. I will remind the Administration and congressional leaders that it’s essential that health care reform address the needs of ordinary Americans like you and me. You can watch the live feed of the summit, starting at 1:00 p.m. ET, and I also invite you to read our 2009 Action Plan for health care reform.After the summit, I’ll send you an update and offer first-hand feedback on our discussion.
