Guest guest
Oh Thank the Lord!!!! Maree, you said exactly what I feel. I went to the surgeon and dietician today... Seriously, I am sure that all dieticians are very nice people, but really! She overheard me say to Di that I had a drink last night. The first one since surgery. I lashed out and put some vodka in my V8 juice!!! I thought it was better than wine. Well, you would have though that I had drunk 3 bottles of wine and eaten half a wheel of bloody cheese and crackers. She tells me that she is going to have to " wean " me of the V8 juice for my own good! If she could just live a day in my shoes... and she looks like she needs a good feed to boot... nothing a steak and chips would fix, with a nice glass of red!!! Mel Ps... why do slim people think that larger people have no brains???? It is really worrying me! > > Hi , > IF I were you first I would cook up a pile of mashed vegies, potato, > pumkin, spinach etc like you do for babies, smother it in gravy and > get rid of that hunger before you are tempted to snack, then I would > definitely keep the appointment with the Dr. and discuss fill with > him. Guest guest
I have had to remind myself all afternoon that I choose the doctor, not the dietician, she unfortunately comes with the shebang.
