I dont know why my pelvic bones hurts as well (that just started a few hours ago) but Im wondering if it is from walking all crooked and funny. Or No exercise on the knee? That doesn't mean you can't use the 10 days to work on upper body toning or something like chair aerobics? Give it a try...what do you have to lose? I am still doing my arm stuff and all that but I cant even lift my leg. It really hurts but the anti inflammatory pills are helping- almost too much.
