Knee pain is not pleasant.. Do you know which ligament is torn or

pulled ? Been there done that !

right leg on the side. the pain radiates though- it is not local. I cant work

out for 10 days and I am so bummed. I dont know why my pelvic bones hurts as

well (that just started a few hours ago) but Im wondering if it is from walking

all crooked and funny. I tried to google it and cant find anything

I see you have already been to the doctor...yea! But it sucks that you

do indeed have an injury. No exercise? Or No exercise on the knee?

That doesn't mean you can't use the 10 days to work on upper body

toning or something like chair aerobics? Give it a try...what do you

have to lose?

Yep- no excercise. He told me to cease all activity which is making me crazy. I

am still doing my arm stuff and all that but I cant even lift my leg. It really

hurts but the anti inflammatory pills are helping- almost too much. The pain

goes and then I want to work out..........lol
