I dont warm up or cool down before excercising and I realized tonight that when I do the elliptical and bounce a little, i am landing without bending my knee. Can we say " STUPID " ? I just want to find out what the symptoms are of calcium problems too so I know what I could be dealing with. Its really painful and I should not have worked out tonight. The pain radiates too- SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! V- mitchandcindy wrote: Hi Vickie, While my knees has never seemed to progress to the stage that yours is presently... I have had knee popping for many years -- especially when I wear any kind of heel. If I walk extended periods in boots or heels my knee aches... so I try not to! BTW, knee popping was with me pre-DS... I was hoping that losing 100 pounds would help... nope! Hope you find solutions soon! hugs, cindylee > > Hi guys and girls- > > I was wondering if someone could give me some info. For some time > now, I have had some popping in my right knee when I walk.
