Guest guest
If you have some protein powder, put a scoop in water, shake or stir and drink up. Go back to sleep. Some cottage cheese might work too. I wouldn't eat fruit. Andy > All - > Last night the surge protector turned off my air conditioner & I woke > up & felt hungry for something sweet. Guest guest
As if most of you aren't already aware... even though I was an integral part of starting this group with Marta... I am inundated these days... with four kids! I have to confess that I am failing at keeping up with the group and (right now I'm 380 messages behind). Obviously, Marta, Jo and a few others are doing MORE than their share of making sure this group runs smoothly! BUT... I am here if needed. BUT.... if you desperately need me, please email erowley@... and separate from emailing through the group. The idea is... I don't always get to read the group emails that I have in a separate folder... but those sent directly to the above email address DO get read. Thanks! And, I love you all... just running around like a chicken with my head cut off these days! Elle ** Group co-owner
Guest guest
Usually this is calculated as a percent of billings. So just take a period of time and divid your expenses by the billings you had for that time. It does change all the time, but not by that much and less if you use longer periods of time. Expenses can come in nonlineraly, as can billings. Use the last 6-12 months and see what you get. Your percent can up or down with more patient, depends on whether you need more stuff to see those patients. Mine runs 25%, unless I buy vaccines, then it runs more. ________________________________ From: on behalf of Sent: Fri 8/1/2008 10:20 AM To: practiceimprovement1 Subject: confession I dunno my overhead might be higher than 35% I got that number form somewhere before I dunno NOw I feel guilty but it is not bad...my overhead. maybe I will do the math sometime for real. I mean it is a moving target isn;'t it Except for billing my costs are pretty fixed ... so when I make more the overhead goes down right I can't do math like Egly can... why sweat the small stuff I work honeslty I pay my bills I code fair I take good care of people and then I go home. -- If you are a patient please allow up to 12 hours for a reply by email/ please note the new email address.
