Guest guest
Tabatha, I am so glad for you. I have been where you are and I know the joy you are feeling. I was 333 and I have lost 170 pds. So I am very happy with my new figure. I am just now going out and buying new clothes. I had the panni removed and so I now feel like I can do that. It feels great. I know what it is like to start going down in your old clothes. Save some to remind you where you were and that you are never going to go there again. It is great to get them out every once in a while to look at and just remind yourself, especially when you hit a plateau, which you will, that you really have come a long way and then you will continue. Never give up, even when you hit those plateaus. Your body has to stop and adjust every once in awhile. As long as you are doing what Doctor K has told you to do, it will come off. Take it off slow though. Don't take it off fast, it is not good for your health. Slow may seem forever, but really it isn't. It has taken me three years, but I am so glad I did it slowly. I have been able to eat what I wanted, when I wanted it, but I also trained myself to not want all the junk that made me so fat before. I eat healthy now. Always go for the proteins first. You will love that new body. I promise you that. I do. Pearl **************Start the year off right.
