I just went to Dr. K's site and did a BMI check on what I was before surgery

and now. My original BMI was 54, it is now 26. I would need to lose another

12 pounds to get down to 24. I am not sure what is considered " normal " , but I

am quite happy where I am. I have lost 170 pounds, down from 333 to 163.

Good enough. Surgery worked its wonders for me. I have my almost flat tummy, I

still have a little swelling where I have some healing going on, but sure looks

good to me. I am healthy otherwise, so their scale of what is a healthy BMI

and saying I am obese can take a flying leap.
