I was on a similar diet that "curves" puts put.From this diet I was on, I ate frequently. Like a small amount of whatever was my nutritional type, which is some carbs and protein, I am a mix..I ate breakfast, then a snack, which was like a small portion of toasted bread with some sort of protein, then lunch and then another small snack, then dinner, and drinking 8, 8 oz glasses of water, water was very important. Also on this diet we did count calories, I had made a diary of everything I ate and counted, eye balled the amount of food, did not have a scale.I remember the 1st week was tough but it worked, I lost 10 lbs and kept it off. I don't diet anymore, but portion control is very important as well. Eating small meals and eating then frequently really worked, plus exercising 3 or more times a week made it complete. I was a new woman.
