Guest guest
Zinc Picolinate worked for me... I took 2 50 mg capsules and when things got better I still take on 50 mg a day... and my nails and hair are doing great. Guest guest
Tabbatha, I did exactly nothing about my hair loss and I did fine, also. lol I did quit using shampoo and used 's Moisturizing Baby Wash instead since my hair was very brittle. I spent not a dime on supplements of fancy shampoos. I did cut my hair shorter. It was temporary and quit falling out just when I got nervous. About eight weeks, I think, but it varies quite a bit from person to person. Marta > > Okay does anyone have any advise or ideas or experience with hair loss? Guest guest
Tabatha, I lost some hair within the first few months and then it stopped. I think it will stop soon with you too. It's like a delayed effect. Now that you are eating enough protein, your body will catch up and your hair will grow again. --- tttfnn wrote: > Okay does anyone have any advise or ideas or > experience with hair loss? > I know that it is connected with protein intake, and > when I went in for > my apt with Dr. K on the Dec. 18 he said to increase > my protein intake. > I have been doing that, I keep a daily tally, and I > usually end up > getting 90-100g of protein a day. what else can I > do? > Tabbatha > D/S date 11-7-07 > > Take up your wings as eagles and SOAR!! ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Guest guest
I just took a 'grin and bear it' approach to my hair loss. It stopped after a month or so and was barely noticable to others. Funny...I am experiencing the same thing now that I have given birth. Kristy
