Guest guest
So, I finally got a gig to work for the City of Delano (Yes DELANO!) for a temp position starting today. Hopefully, it will become permanent. *fingers crossed* Anyway, I was going through my clothes trying to find something to wear since I need to be a little dressy. (Slacks and blouse type clothes.) I kept trying on slacks that were a size 26 and were very tight on me in August, but they are now so baggy in the buttocks!! So, I thought, why not try on something smaller? Even my 24's are getting too big! I don't have anything smaller, so they will just have to do. I also have 2 pair of jeans that were a very tight 26 that are now very baggy and I have to keep pulling them up! I can also take them off without unbuttoning or unzipping them! I've lost 50 lbs since surgery and my 2 month surgiversary is Saturday! I'm so excited at how fast it's coming off! {I'm also very excited to be going back to work. I'm so bored here at home!} I think I'm beginning to fall in love with my DS! Love to all! Jolene PS ~ - how are you doing Sistah?

Guest guest
--- Jolene, Congrats on your weight loss! Isnt it exciting to find that your clothes are too big? It is almost too much for me to believe! I believed that it would happen and so quickly. All my pants that fit me tight (30's and 32's fit me okay) are now so baggy that they barely stay up I have to keep pulling them up too. I am going to sew them just so I can continue to wear them. I am happy for you, I know just what you are feeling. Guest guest
Tabbatha, It IS an incredible feeling! I was actually getting up there in sizes. Now that I think back, some of the slacks I had were 30's & 32's - loose enough that I could breathe! I guess I'm going to have to start going through all my clothes, find the one's that are way too big now and just give them all away. Sad with as much money as I spent on them. But, even though I have a sewing machine, I can't sew well enough to alter them! You're only 12 days ahead of me and you are just Rockin' your DS! I'm glad we get to share this excitement together! :^) Jolene > > --- Jolene, > Congrats on your weight loss! Isnt it exciting to find that your > clothes are too big?
