Guest guest
Donna, Ozol is a method, not original, BTW, of breathing ozone through oils. The thing that sets the " Ozol " apart is it heavily recommends using essential oils with the nebulizer that makes a fine mist of things. I did that! I got into it like an American, mixed up a potent brew --without studying -- of tea tree oil, eucalyptus, frankincense, myrrh. WOw! Let some microbe talk to me wrong! DUH.... WRONG! The truth is, breathing ozone through olive oil is so potent, I'm not sure I would recommend anyone use essential oils like tea tree or eucalyptus. After about 5 days of inhaling that mist I developed a MOTHER of cleansing reactions!!!!! My face swoll up in the center, my mouth & nose having offended my body by breathing in that aerosol cleanser! And, in the body's linear fashion, it talks back where you put in the toxin -- OR THE CLEANSER, AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT!!!!!!! From just above my chin to just below my eyes, almost jawbone to jawbone, the skin on my face quadrupled in thickness, hardness, redness, pissedoffatmeness!!! EVERYTHING I TRIED MADE IT WORSE! ANYTHING I did to it, no matter how gentle -- even oatwater -- made the irritation worse! Aloe vera made it worse! Olive oil made it worse! To make a very long, frustrating, painful & sad story short, at that point you have to DO NOTHING and let the body heal!! Let my mistake be a lesson! And learn it! If you really tick off your body, then you will have to LEAVE IT ALONE to get better! But, the idea of breathing ozone through olive oil is a time-tested method over 100 years old. A musician friend of mine was working in a moldy room a few weeks ago and came down with respiratory problems. Why name them? Breathing ozone through olive oil for 15 minutes for 3 treatments fixed him up just fine! I told him to do 5 days on, 2 off & another 5, because I am tremendously respectful of the power of molds. He didn't listen. After 3 treatments He went about his way. After a week, he got tremendously drunk, wearing his body down, and his hoarseness returned. He's doing the 5-2-5 now. jim Donna wrote: > > Hi Dr Pressman and others. Have we discussed this on this list before? If we did, I missed it. What is your opinion on this? Guest guest
Yikes! I am so glad I asked. How much olive oil do you use when running ozone through it? And what kind of a container do you put it in? Thanks for the great info Jim. Re: Fw: [beck-n-stuff] ozol Donna, Ozol is a method, not original, BTW, of breathing ozone through oils. Is breathing Saul's ozone gel sufficient? Or are you talking about breathing the ozone coming off the olive oil as it is being made, BEFORE it gets to be a gel? Thanks. Guest guest
Dear Nina, The reference is to breathing the ozone gas after it comes through olive oil. Breathing the gel won't do much. You could rub it on your chest, though. Best of Health!
