I just have to brag, but I converted Mike, my new hubby (like I had

an old one or something, lol) to TAE BO! YAY! He always thought

I was in some sort of cult and kind of shrugged it off as

another " fad workout " but he's been doing the tapes with me this

week, and I can tell you, he knows it's working. He can't keep up

with me! haha! I know he's a beginner, but it still feels good to

show someone how to do things correctly.

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you all, so that you may add his name

to our list of believers. We'll need more space at the cult

compound! LOL
