Good idea about the flowers. In Sault Ste. Marie it is 5 degrees.

Reminds me of why I left. Well, not the cold, but scraping the

windshield and driving so slow! Takes forever to get places in the

winter here.

Marla,

Thanks for the update on ! That's great she figured out her

breathing problems. If the binder is too long for her, she can always

just trim off one of the 'rows', so it fits better since its

definitely important to wear. Sometimes just folding it down or

pulling it down doesn't work as it rides back up again or unfolds, but

since the binder is hers, its okay for her to do whatever she needs to

make sure it fits well enough for her to continue wearing.
