I'm sorry you are sore! You can definitely over-do running,

especially if you try to push yourself too hard, too quickly (which

you just realized...LOL)! I think one of the Get Ripped ones is a

little less difficult than the other....but they are both pretty

tough tapes! If you don't want to do the floorwork in the Advanced

from the Live 4-pack....I'd try to do 2 basics! Maybe the Basic from

the Live 4-pack and one of the Get Ripped basics or both of the Get

Ripped tapes! Just make sure you substitute any moves that will

really work your legs if your legs are still sore!

Good luck with your race on Saturday! Just do your best and have

fun :) Don't try to kill yourself by running the whole thing :)
