Guest guest
Astrology.com: Daily Feng Shui Tip Horoscopes | Love | Psychic Readings | Predictions | Numerology | Chinese | Tarot | Astrology Readings Dear Joy, Here is your Daily Feng Shui Tip for Monday, April 20 Run, don't walk, to someplace solitary and quiet today to practice a meditation I call 'Getting A Leg Up on the Competition.' And what better day than today, that of the annual Boston Marathon, to learn a visualization that could conceivably have you hitting all of your projects right out of the park. Fenway, that is. Start by sitting straight and breathing in through your mouth and out through your nose a few times. Now picture a blank television screen hovering above your head. Keep breathing big. As you inhale in, fill you belly with your breath. Hold it for a few second before slowly exhaling through your mouth. Insert a picture of your current self into the TV screen over your head. You could see yourself literally practicing conscious breathing, or you could conjure a current reflection of the last meeting you attended or the last book you read. You get it. Just put YOU in the screen. Now, in the bottom right hand corner of this same screen, let's put a picture in the picture. Plant a visual in this little screen of something that you really want to happen. See yourself signing the new mortgage, or shaking hands with the new client or even selling your stuff on a home shopping network. Or, if you're reading this in Faneuil Hall or anywhere else in Beantown, see yourself crossing that Finish Line and getting your well-deserved medal! Take in one GIANT breath and blow the old picture off the screen, replacing it with the little one. Blow. Hard. Take a big breath in, fill the belly, hold for a second and then BLOW BIG at the new you on the screen above your head. Do this for a total of four breaths. The first one blows the old you out and the next three blows the breath of life towards the new you. With this tip being a bag of hot air isn't such a bad thing after all! Warm Regards,Ellen Whitehurst Tarot Card of the Day Copyright 2002Lo Scarabeo S.r.l.Tarot of the Journey to the Orient: Knave of PentaclesThe Knave of Pentacles card suggests that my power today lies in recognition. I am enthusiastic about, and take pride in my new found validation or potential and will use it as a motivator towards greater things. My asset is self-worth. --- annmn:[743Cag043Cag52NT_k0120028A0043Cag0mFTaxFTX4]
