My son whips his head around when he has a dairy infraction. Are you

on the diet, and if so,, have you started a new food? I can't believe

all the foods that don't disclose all their ingredients.

He is not on B12 shots. We stopped about a year ago. He does take IP6 once in the morning. Should I give him more? We did start a new probiotic- yum yum dopholis. Could that be it? Where can I get 5HTP? We have a health food store right down the street. Maybe I can get it there. Thanks for all of the info!

We bought our 5HTP from Doctors Best but I'm almost certain you can get it at a health food store.
