I would recomend Enzym Complete DPP-IV from www.kirkmanlabs.com. It is

a broad-spectrum enzyme that will work on all foods and is safe for

children. I know some other people in this group have had successes

with other enzymes as well from Houstons....not sure what they're

called. Maybe someone will chime in and give another suggestion as

well.

we don't use eggs either and the egg replacer we use works fabulous in pancakes, dreads, cookies cake ect. what one are you using. we use energy egg replacer. we use it with part that and aluminium baking soda (or powder...the one that comes in a glass container) with carbonated water. we whip it first BEFORE adding anything else
