I had forgotten about Vitamin D shots. If I had remembered that Dr K gives Vit D shots, I would have gotten one when I had my appointment to jump start the deficiency. Dr K told me my bones will quit aching once I get the Vit D3 levels upNow I am worried I have some type of dementia because I didn't rememberLaurie

First time I have ever gotten anything like this,

but I got a card from Bobbe's family letting me

know of her passing.. I thought that was so nice

of them. Now I know where to send a card to.

I am so sorry Besty,

It is so hard to watch a love one that is going to die.

My brother I believe was at peace when he passed.WoW, it

will be a year in March,seems like only yesterday..My

prayers and thoughts are with you and the family.
