holiday weight

Just a note to encourage everyone. I already lost my holiday cookie

weight. Got back on the sprouted grain bread with protein toppings.

Also I am eating soups, but mostly brothy ones, not creamy ones. Been

walking alot, too. OH, I find that wearing tight pants helps, too, as

I feel too uncomfortable to over eat. Hey, a girl's gotta do what a

girl's gotta do!
