Guest guest
Hi all- I have some great pics of Israel. If anyone wants to see my camel ride or any shots of me and my family, I will email them privately. They turned out great- most anyway. I dont want to post them because many of you will say " Who cares? " ..........lol. I fell in love with Kojak the camel. While I was over there, I was not thrilled with the food. Im not adventerous when it comes to food- never was. I ate a lot of bread, chicken and lets face it- Israeli chocolate is the best- outside of Swiss. I ate it constantly and I just dont eat like that anymore. The food was made differently so to say I was always in the bathroom is an understatement. I went up to 6 or 7 times a day. Plus we walked a lot. I came home thinking I was going to gain weight (I eat really healthy now) and I was down 4 pounds. I am back home, eating better and excercising (except for the time I have to take off due to this torn ligament) and I have gone up to 161..........gggrrrr. That is so maddening when I eat well. Thing is I eat lowfat and dont go as much. I try to throw in some fat every once in a while to have some bathroom runs but I dont know how to eat fat foods without salt. I will go to a fast food place or something fattening once a week and I gain 2 pounds and it takes forever to take it off. So- I was happy about the weight loss and it was so temporary. I usually fluctuate between 156-160. I am so close to my goal of 155, that it makes me crazy...........lol. I didnt gain holiday weight because I wasnt here to induldge. Any feedback or do I need to go back to the middle east and fill myself with crap foods again.............lol. It is strange to eat healthy and not lose weight. Happy Sunday to ya- Vicki
