I Got some swim Pool Rapid Shock (Calcium Hypocchiorite 68%) which is MMS- 2

I bought some Empty Size " OO " Gel Capsules

I couldn,t find The " O " Size Gel Caps which are smaller, i guess i'll have to

put Smaller amount in Gel Capsules since they are bigger than the " O " size I

Don't wanta Overdose on POOL Shock LOL!

Now how do I fill the Capsules? what amount do they suggest ?

and Take The Size " OO " Capsules daily ?

what strength and dosage taken daily ?
