Guest guest
Totally agree! I'd see it as a good sign - the benefits of KT at work! Happy Healing! People who start drinking KT sometimes have detoxification symptoms. This often takes the form of a flare of health issues one has or has had in the past, as the KT supports the body to really gain health. Since you have a history of leg cramps, it makes sense to me to see this as a detox symptom. The protocol when having detox symptoms that are too overwhelming is to drink less KT, and up one's water intake (the pinch of whole salt really works great). I don't know how much KT you have been drinking but I'd try starting with just the minimal amount, 2 oz. a day, and NEVER before bed until you're very very sure the symptom has gone away. Drinking KT does not leach good minerals, so I doubt that's really the cause. I'm much more inclined to see this as a detox symptom. --V ~~~ There is no way to peace; peace is the way ~~~~ --A.J. Pam, What I've done that works very quickly is taking a pinch of the whole salt and putting it under my tongue. You might try that next time. The tonic water contains minerals that could contribute to a mineral imbalance, which would help perpetuate the problem. I'm not saying you should abandon it unless you are ready, but maybe try the salt if you can brave it. I know firsthand that severe leg cramps can instill fears of not following the known protocol that can be hard to overcome. --V ~~~ There is no way to peace; peace is the way ~~~~ --A.J. Guest guest
I found that when walking more and forgetting to stretch out my hamstrings, I get cramps... And loose shoes require more toe action to keep the shoe on... so I also get cramps then... unused muscles and lack of stretching! HTH -Lusana Pam wrote: Hi, : Thanks a lot for your advice.
