Hi,

I'm new to the group, and new to MMS and DMSO. I've just started to take the MSM

for about a week, with no effects yet.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia since 2002 and have major sinus headaches, which

spreads to shoulders and ears, if that makes any sense.

I just received my copy of MMS protocols a few days ago, and read that one could

also bath in MMS. It would surely help both ailments greatly, but after reading

the warnings, I'm not yet comfortable to experiment with it without getting some

first hand accounts, which is why I joined this group.

I live in Germany, so getting a hold of these substances has not been easy, and

I'm still waiting on the DMSO.

In the book of protocols, it said that it didn't matter how much water you had

in the tub, the amount of MMS stayed the same, 30 drops MMS to 150 drops of

citric acid. Could I use lemon juice in that amount as well? Does it have to be

freshly squeezed lemon, or can I use lemon juice in a bottle. Its said to be

100% pure juice.
