Guest guest Posted February 22, 2008 Report Share Posted February 22, 2008 Here is a little idea of what I eat in a day. I do get in around 64 oz of water or liquids in a day. Breakfast today - 2 hard boild eggs heated with 1/2 teaspoon of butter, salt and pepper. Sometimes I have a bowl of cereal with milk. Coffee 12 oz cup, V-8 juice 6 oz, A cup of tea 10 oz. Snack - string cheese, Lunch some kind of sandwich half, sometimes I can eat a whole one or a small TV dinner. Sipping on some liquid all day. Dinner is meat and some kind of side, be it a salad or rice. I do sometimes snack on choc, or ice cream. I have eaten fries too. I know that I have been eating to may carbs. Hope this helps.
