Well thats a *real* bad idea...

You are aware that baking soda will essentially neutralize any/all of

your digestive juices (acids and bases)?

If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty stomach...

OK,  no baking soda.I've been doing aloe vera and vinegar all day, but things are getting worse.  I hate to stop the MMS2, but I think I'll take a break tomorrow and just MMS1.I wonder if my stomach chemistry is different?  I don't have a gallbladder so I don't have as much bile as someone else.  I've tried betaine in the past, but one capsule burns so I don't think it's the same as bile.

I'm really bummed cause I know it's killing bugs, but I'm worried about it doing damage with such burning. IDK????On Thu, Jan 7, 2010 at 1:51 PM, kathelee <kathelee@...> wrote:

This is very interesting.

What about lemon instead of Lime?

I've heard of and old medicine where you mix one tablespoon of olive oil with one tablespoon of fresh squezed lemon with a teaspoon of honey. Then you take this twice a day before breakfast and dinner.

I heard it is good for your liver and gallbladder. Would it also be good for stomach acidity?

By the way when you speak of stomach bacteria are you refering to Helicobacter? They are very hard to deal with. About 70% of humans have them. But not all get symptoms. I beleive only if you immune system is week will you get symptoms.

While taking MMS1 I'm experiencing a lot of burping. What would be the reason for that?

Thanks

Arie

here are several more alternatives. Good Luckhttp://www.myhomere medies.com/ static/acidity. htmlIt's been scientifically proven that most stomach problems are caused by bacteria. For a lot of stomach acid mix about 150 ml of pure lime juice, NOT from concentrate, with about 4 tablespoons of honey and a litre of water. Drink about a quarter litre in the morning and again in the evening. Lime and honey are 2 of the strongest natural antibacterials. In addition take a finely milled fiber supplement, about 3 teaspoons per day, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening. This pulls the stomach contents, including acid, down. This helps prevent reflux and further kills the bad stomach bacteria.I've tried almost every home remedy and this one is low cost and very effective. You will notice great relief within about 2 hours of the

first drink. Within 3 weeks symptoms are completely gone! The only drawbacks are some loose bowl movements during the first week or so and some acidity for a short period, half an hour or so, after the lime drink during the first week. You will probably have to take this treatment perpetually. For relief of acid or acid reflux eat some yogurt, relief in about 5 min.Go BANANAS! I have found bananas give the best relief and taking it regularly cures acidity for good. Try it and you will soon swear by it. Slowly suck on a piece of clove for instant relief.> > >> I drink baking soda after a meal> > >> if i feel full.> > >> > > Well thats a *real* bad idea...> > >> > > You are aware that baking soda will essentially neutralize any/all of> > > your digestive juices (acids and bases)?> > >> > > If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty stomach...> > >> > >> > > ------------ --------- --------- ------> > >> > >

Also coconut oil. One tablespoon with your salad. As many times a day as possible.

Over 24 C it gets solid. No problem with that.

I would assume it is gas. I had a lot of gas in more ways than one while detoxing with mms.:) I am through the detox for me it took almost a year dealing with lyme, I might add a very grueling year. The detox or herx was beyond explanation. I am continuing maintenance.

LOL - Yep, Psyllium seed husks - Lyme brain fog. Ugh. I'm glad you said that.  I would have gone to the store and been searching forever for flax seed husks to no avail! On Fri, Jan 8, 2010 at 10:29 AM, healinghope <mfrreman@...> wrote:

Psyllium seed husks would be my suggestion. If not able to take with water I make a coconut water smoothie with 4 teaspoons. I have also used blackstrap molasses with husk.

I have had more success with the Psyllium seed husks. Alternate if you want from flax and psyllium.

Update:I really thought it was the MMS2 that was causing the burning because I had started on MMS1 for 4-5 days with no problem, then on my second day adding MMS2 is when the stomach problems started.  Yesterday I thought I'd take a break from it all and give my stomach a chance to heal, but emotionally I just couldn't stop.  So, in the afternoon I only took MMS2 and I did OK, not great, but better. Oh, I also applied MMS1 topically - I agree for topical the activator should be citric acid.  I tried both c.a. and vinegar w/DMSO and the time with c.a. seemed to penetrate better.

Day by day.On Sat, Jan 9, 2010 at 6:44 AM, healinghope <mfrreman@...> wrote:

I have found internally the mother vinegar works best, but for topically the citric acid works better. Also for mold and germ elimination in my house I activate the drops with citric acid as well.
