Guest guest
Just a little update. Yesteray I stopped all MMS2 by 1 pm and MMS1 by 4 pm. By 10 p.m. I took a Tums, then another at 10:30. Fifteen minutes later I was getting worse and worried about an uncontrolable heartburn attack so I took a PepcidAC (I know, probably not the best, but I was exhausted and desperate). This morning by stomach is still bothering me so I'm drinking some 9.5 ph water. I don't want to stop the MMS, but I am worried about my stomach lining and heartburn. Anythoughts? On Tue, Jan 5, 2010 at 4:25 PM, fightingtbi <40dayjourney@...> wrote:
Guest guest
How long have you been taking MMS1 and MMS2? At which dosage? How many times per day? Did you have stomach problems before taking MMS? Stomach or Duodenal ulcers? Gastritis? Helicobacter? I suffer from Gastritis so it affects me at higher dosages. Therefore I'm on smallar dosages three times per day. Taking from about 5 to 8 drops per dosage depending on the feeling. In between I take Pro-Biotics twice a day with an interval of two hours between MMS. This is the reason I don't take MMS every two hours, as there would be no interval left for the Pro-Biotics which are very important. I also take Slippery Elm at night and early morning. Or Aloe vera gel. This heals the stomach lining. I also took brown clay before that. I always change medicines in order to keep their efficacy when returning to them later. I also had some good experience with Homeophatic anti-allergy medicines. This made me think that maybe there is some allergy to the MMS involved. Guest guest
Arie, thanks f or your response.I've been taking MMS1 for about 6 days with really no problem - or any herx.Sunday I added in MMS2 with just a quarter of a capsule that morning and half a capsule that evening (with plenty of water). Monday I took 3/4 a capsule in the morning and one full capsule in the afternoon. And Tuesday, one full capsule in the morning and one capsule in the afternoon. All the while I have continued with the MMS1 every hour for about 7 hours per day. I would either skip the MMS1 or alternate it by 30 minutes when I took the MMS2. I normally do not have any stomach problems (very rare heartburn, but when it gets going it is hard to stop - scary). I'm really thinking it is the MMS2, but I don't want to stop because I am beginning to herx so I know it killing the bugs. I'd stopped taking my probiotics, figuring the MMS1/2 will kill most of the good along with the bad. I will add them back in, and purchase some slippery elm and aloe vera gell.I was wondering about taking some baking soda about 30 minutes after taking MMS1 or 2? I am really getting upset (disappointed) because it seems to be working and I may not be able to tolerate it. YIKES! And I'm thinking it's wierd that the heartburn started hours after my last dose (8 hours after my last MMS2 dose and 5 hours after my last MMS1 dose). Maybe I let my stomach get to empty last night? IDK - just bummed. On Wed, Jan 6, 2010 at 8:01 AM, Arie Alon <maculeleh@...> wrote: How long have you been taking MMS1 and MMS2? At which dosage? How many times per day? Guest guest
here are several more alternatives. Good Luck http://www.myhomeremedies.com/static/acidity.html It's been scientifically proven that most stomach problems are caused by bacteria. For a lot of stomach acid mix about 150 ml of pure lime juice, NOT from concentrate, with about 4 tablespoons of honey and a litre of water. Drink about a quarter litre in the morning and again in the evening. Lime and honey are 2 of the strongest natural antibacterials. In addition take a finely milled fiber supplement, about 3 teaspoons per day, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening. This pulls the stomach contents, including acid, down. This helps prevent reflux and further kills the bad stomach bacteria. I've tried almost every home remedy and this one is low cost and very effective. You will notice great relief within about 2 hours of the first drink. Within 3 weeks symptoms are completely gone! The only drawbacks are some loose bowl movements during the first week or so and some acidity for a short period, half an hour or so, after the lime drink during the first week. You will probably have to take this treatment perpetually. For relief of acid or acid reflux eat some yogurt, relief in about 5 min. Go BANANAS! I have found bananas give the best relief and taking it regularly cures acidity for good. Try it and you will soon swear by it. Slowly suck on a piece of clove for instant relief. > > >> I drink baking soda after a meal > > >> if i feel full. > > > > > > Well thats a *real* bad idea... > > > > > > You are aware that baking soda will essentially neutralize any/all of > > > your digestive juices (acids and bases)? > > > > > > If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty stomach... > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > >
Guest guest
Coconut water and fruit pulp of coconut works well on gastric irritation.
Guest guest
I would assume it is gas. I had a lot of gas in more ways than one while detoxing with mms. I am through the detox for me it took almost a year dealing with lyme, I might add a very grueling year. The detox or herx was beyond explanation. I am continuing maintenance. > > > >> I drink baking soda after a meal > > > >> if i feel full. > > > > > > > > Well thats a *real* bad idea... > > > > > > > > You are aware that baking soda will essentially neutralize any/all of > > > > your digestive juices (acids and bases)? > > > > > > > > If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty stomach... > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------ --------- --------- ------ > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Psyllium seed husks would be my suggestion. If not able to take with water I make a coconut water smoothie with 4 teaspoons. I have also used blackstrap molasses with husk. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psyllium_seed_husks > > > > > > > >> I drink baking soda after a meal > > > > > > > >> if i feel full. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Well thats a *real* bad idea... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > You are aware that baking soda will essentially neutralize any/all > > > > of > > > > > > > > your digestive juices (acids and bases)? > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty stomach... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------ --------- --------- ------ > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
I have had more success with the Psyllium seed husks. Alternate if you want from flax and psyllium. > > > > > > > > > >> I drink baking soda after a meal > > > > > > > > > >> if i feel full. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Well thats a *real* bad idea... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > You are aware that baking soda will essentially neutralize > > any/all > > > > > > of > > > > > > > > > > your digestive juices (acids and bases)? > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty > > stomach... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------ --------- --------- ------ > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Yes it is normal and for many more desirable. > > > > > > > > > > > >> I drink baking soda after a meal > > > > > > > > > > > >> if i feel full. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Well thats a *real* bad idea... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > You are aware that baking soda will essentially > > neutralize > > > > any/all > > > > > > > > of > > > > > > > > > > > > your digestive juices (acids and bases)? > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty > > > > stomach... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------ --------- --------- ------ > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
TOPIC 3. MMS TIPS, SUCCESSES, SURPRISES http://mmsnews.org/NEWS001.htm TIP REGARDING CANDIDA: At one time we recommended vinegar as a good activator for MMS. However, the vinegar MUST be unfiltered and un pastuerized. If you use regular vinegar as the activator, some of it remains available to feed yeast and candida. Quite the opposite occurs when unfiltered unpastuerized vinegar is used. BRAGG is one popular brand name. Recent research articles claim that unfiltered vinegar BY ITSELF can quench and kill candida. And with MMS it is highly effective in eliminating candida. Therefore we should probably raise unfiltered vinegar to the top of the acid-activator list. After swirling the two ingredients and waiting three minutes, any unused vinegar is welcome as a candida deterant. Otherwise, MMS is very effective at eliminating candida when citric acid, or lemon juice is used as the activator.
Guest guest
I don't recommend citric acid either. As someone who was exposed to mold it would aggravate my symptoms. I use lemon or lime juice when I use to take it. Guest guest
I have found internally the mother vinegar works best, but for topically the citric acid works better. Also for mold and germ elimination in my house I activate the drops with citric acid as well. > > > > > > > > > > > > > >> I drink baking soda after a meal > > > > > > > > > > > > > >> if i feel full. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Well thats a *real* bad idea... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > You are aware that baking soda will essentially > > > > neutralize > > > > > > any/all > > > > > > > > > > of > > > > > > > > > > > > > > your digestive juices (acids and bases)? > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > If you're going to drink it, it should be on an empty > > > > > > stomach... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------ --------- --------- ------ > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
> > Bee...I'm experiencing a new symptom, burning in my stomach. Daily I drink the Pau d'arco tea (4c with 1/2 lemon), Sauerkraut and HCL Caps. Yesterday, I decided to drop the HCL because the burning has gotten worse so I thought maybe there is too much acid in my stomach. I decided to try Baking Soda and it did help somewhat. I noticed the soda also made my stomach really tight and I had a lot of gas. Am I doing the right thing? I probaly took the equivalent of two doses (1/4t) of the soda at two different times. It did help the burning. Should I keep experimenting? Is it too much baking soda? Your guidance is much appreciated +++Hi Care. It seems as if you don't need the HCl now, so you should stop taking it. Also stop having Pau D'Arco tea. You can continue having sauerkraut.
